Only approved bills are exported, as files ready to import into Xero or MYOB. Supplier corrections are remembered for next time.

Ask in plain English. Every answer shows the passages it came from, and says so when the answer isn’t in your documents.
How your information is handled
- Documents, chats and prompts are processed on your computer. No cloud account.
- The app counts its own network requests, so you can check for yourself.
- An accuracy report measured on your own approved documents. It contains counts only, never names or amounts.
The internet is used only to download the assistant once, check your licence and check for updates.

What you need
- Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer), or Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
- 8 GB of memory; 16 GB recommended
- A one-time assistant download of 1–5 GB, then it works offline
- On a computer without a graphics card, a scanned document can take several minutes to read
